I'm working on a website...sorta.
I have a host as of yesterday. I'll get to coding the site sometime this week hopefully.
Currently I'm trying to learn C++ (again...I tried to a few times and gave up but this time I've learned a lot more from other languages and practice). I'm hoping to have a good grasp of C++, Perl, Python, and maybe Java by the time I get into college. I know that's a little much of a goal, but I already know Python fairly well and I'm taking AP Computer Science next semester which teaches Java. Shouldn't be too bad I don't think.

Yesterday was the shit for 2 big reasons: I went to see Transformers with my friends and girlfriend, and then I got home and was greeted by the new NG site redesign! It was truly awesome.

Heres what I think about the new design:
-I love the new review system; there's no longer categories I have to give ratings to, just the overall movie/game score.
-The new user pages; fucking fantastic. Really amazing work, I applaud all the people that worked so hard over the past few months to completely renovate NG. Well done.
-New levels! It felt awesome to go from level 12 to 22 in a day =D. I love the way they look and how you won't loose levels for being inactive! That was something that pissed me off earlier.
-The portal is just awesome looking. I love it, every little thing about it.
-Downloads are great! Love the wallpapers and such, I can't wait to see more added to that.

On the negative side however...
-To me, everything looks really *big* and bubbly like if you get what I mean. Like buttons and icons and such are really huge and cartoony looking. It's not that bad, it just might take a little while to get used to.
-The bbs was kinda disappointing. I'm glad they finally did something with it, but again it looks bloated and kinda hard to look at because of the colors. I do really like it though, so I won't complain much about it.

Transformers: best fucking movie I've seen in a looooong time! Holy crap man, it was just amazing. Didn't really care for some of that cheesy humor in the beginning of the movie, but other than that it rocked HARD. Definitely a must see if you haven't already.
