Decided to make a new userbar that was a little more stylish and tech-like. I rather like it, though I believe I will edit some things and add a little more graphic stuff. Wasn't hard at all really, just some glowing effect around the lettering and then glowing edges on the whole thing. Photoshop makes me happy :D

EDIT: So, what do you all think of it with the DOS stuff going on in the background? I think it's rather neat, I'm glad I tried it out.
